1. Introduction
1.1 The promoter of this competition is Genpower LTD (the "Promoter"), whose registered office is Isaac Way, Pembroke Dock SA72 4RW.
1.2 By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.1 This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Genpower LTD, JCB, and Aston Martin Formula One® Team, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1 To enter the competition, entrants must agree to the Promoter's marketing terms and be available to be contacted through the Promoter's marketing channels.
3.2 Entries must be submitted via https://jcb-tools.co.uk/AMF1/competition on the website www.jcb-tools.co.uk.
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Competition Period
4.1 The competition opens on 23/07/2024 at midnight and closes on 30/09/2024 at midnight.
5. Prizes
5.1 The prizes for the competition are as described on the competition page.
5.2 The value of the prizes is estimated and may not be accurate at the time of posting.
5.3 There is no cash alternative to the prizes, and the prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to change the prizes without notice.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be chosen at random using a random number generator.
6.2 The winner will be announced within two weeks following the closing date of the competition.
6.3 The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner three times over a two-day period via telephone or email. If the winner cannot be contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to rerun the prize draw and select a new winner.
