1. The Promoter
The promoter is Genpower Ltd ("we"/"us"), the exclusive UK distributor of JCB Tools, registered in England & Wales, company number 05758983, registered office Isaac Way, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, SA72 4RW. Contact: contact@jcb-tools.co.uk / 01646 687880. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by InstallerSHOW, the NEC, or any social media platform.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are trade professionals or trade visitors to InstallerSHOW 2026. 2.2 Not open to employees (or their immediate families/households) of Genpower Ltd, JCB, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. 2.3 We may ask the winner to provide proof of age, identity and UK residency before issuing the prize.
3. How to enter
3.1 Enter by completing the sign-up form at jcb-tools.co.uk/pages/installershow, reached via the InstallerSHOW QR code, providing a valid name and email address and agreeing to these terms. 3.2 One entry per person. Duplicate, automated or bulk entries will be disqualified. 3.3 No purchase is necessary and making a purchase does not improve your chance of winning. 3.4 Internet access and a valid email address are required to enter. 3.5 Entries open at 00:00 on 23 June 2026 and close at 23:59 on 29 June 2026 (UK time). 3.6 Marketing opt-in is a condition of entry. To enter, you must opt in to receive marketing emails from JCB Tools. The prize draw and the 10% discount code are offered in exchange for joining the JCB Tools mailing list. If you do not opt in, you cannot enter and the discount code will not be issued. You may unsubscribe at any time after entry, including after the draw, without affecting your entry.
4. The prize
4.1 One (1) winner will receive a JCB Pro 18V twin kit comprising: a JCB Pro 18V Brushless Compact Combi Drill 75Nm (JCB-18PCD-75); a JCB Pro 18V Compact Impact Driver 230Nm (JCB-18PID-230); a JCB Pro 4.0Ah High-Capacity Lithium-ion Battery (JCB-18LI-4HC); and a JCB Pro 2x 4.5A Dual Port Fast Charger (JCB-18DC-45). Approximate total retail value £224.95. 4.2 The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any item becomes unavailable. 4.3 The prize is delivered to a UK mainland address only.
5. Winner selection
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the entry period, using a verifiably random method, on or around 30 June 2026. 5.2 The draw is final.
6. Notifying the winner
6.1 The winner will be notified by email first, to the address used to enter, on 30 June 2026. 6.2 The result will then be announced on JCB Tools' social media channels on 30 June 2026; we will not publish the winner's full personal details. 6.3 The winner must respond with delivery details within 14 days of notification or we reserve the right to redraw.
7. The 10% discount code
7.1 All entrants who sign up will be emailed a discount code (INSTALLER10) giving 10% off orders at jcb-tools.co.uk. 7.2 Valid from 23 June 2026 until 23:59 on 30 June 2026, online orders only. 7.3 Limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with any other discount or offer, and has no cash value. 7.4 We reserve the right to exclude certain products and to withdraw or amend the code in cases of error or misuse.
8. Data protection
8.1 Personal data is collected and processed by Genpower Ltd in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. 8.2 Opting in to marketing email is required to enter this prize draw and to receive the discount code (see clause 3.6). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. SMS marketing is only sent where you have separately and optionally opted in. 8.3 We do not sell your data.
9. General
9.1 By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms. 9.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms, or cancel or suspend the promotion, where necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control. 9.3 These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
