Vacuum Cleaners
JCB vacuum cleaners deal with the dust, debris and spills that come with workshop and site work. The range covers wet and dry vacuums from 23L to 61L, L-Class and M-Class dust extractors, and an 18V cordless handheld for quick clean-ups.
The Silent Pro models (30L stainless steel, 34L and 61L) run at 65dB(A), against 80dB(A) for the standard machines, so they suit occupied buildings and customers' homes. The JCB Professional 45L M-Class extractor has a power take-off socket: plug in your saw, sander or drill and the vacuum starts 0.5 seconds after the tool, then runs on for 15 seconds to clear the hose.
Every mains model picks up wet and dry. Made for Hard Work.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between an L-Class and an M-Class vacuum?
The class shows what dust the filtration is rated for. L-Class covers general, lower-hazard dust. M-Class is rated for medium-hazard dust such as wood, concrete, brick and mortar. HSE guidance recommends H or M-Class extraction for most cutting, drilling and sanding on site. The JCB Professional 45L (JCB-PVACP-45M) is the M-Class model in the range.
Can I use a JCB vacuum as a dust extractor for my power tools?
The JCB Professional 45L M-Class (JCB-PVACP-45M) is built for it. It has a power take-off socket for tools up to 1550W. The vacuum starts 0.5 seconds after the tool and runs on for 15 seconds after it stops, and the twin filters clean themselves every 30 seconds.
Which JCB vacuum is the quietest?
The Silent Pro models: the 30L stainless steel (JCB-SVACS-30L), 34L (JCB-SVACP-34L) and 61L (JCB-SVACP-61L). All three run at 65dB(A), against 80dB(A) for the 23L and 45L models.
Can JCB vacuums pick up water?
Yes. Every mains model in the range is a wet and dry vacuum. The 18V handheld is for dry debris only.
Does the JCB 18V handheld vacuum come with a battery?
No. The 21-18VAC-B is sold as a bare unit, with no battery or charger. It takes JCB 18V batteries from 2.0Ah to 5.0Ah.
