Its M-Class extraction format supports dust control for suitable wood, MDF, plasterboard and silica-containing material tasks when used with compatible tools, accessories and a task-specific COSHH plan. A 1550W power take-off can control extraction from a connected power tool, while switchable automatic twin-filter cleaning and variable suction support different applications. It delivers 2.4m³/min (40L/s) maximum airflow, 2.28m³/min (38L/s) continuous airflow and 22kPa suction pressure, with approximately 13.2m calculated total reach from the 5.2m anti-static hose, 7.5m cable and 460mm machine width.
M-Class extraction is designed as a whole-machine dust-control system for demanding construction and workshop tasks involving suitable hazardous dusts such as hardwood, MDF and silica-containing materials. Used with compatible tools, hoods and extraction accessories, the JCB-PVACP-45M helps capture dust at source and supports task-specific COSHH controls.
The integrated 1550W power take-off can control the extractor from a compatible connected tool, with a 0.5-second start delay and 15-second run-on to help clear residual dust from the hose.
Automatic alternating twin-filter cleaning every 30 seconds, a visual low-flow warning, variable suction and the supplied fleece bag with sealable disposal flap support consistent performance and controlled disposal.
