I can’t fault the service received as delivery was very fast and every interaction was quick and smooth.

I bought it as a replacement for the previous model and have found it to be even better. It’s powerful enough for the toughest of jobs, and if it’s like the older version it will do me a number of years. Excellent, as you’d expect from JCB.

Very useful and powerful (and loud!) piece of kit, readily shreds and chips branches up to the quoted size without struggling. Prone to getting stringey conifer twigs stuck in the two main blade slots and wrapped around the central shaft. These are easily cleared although the release mechanism of the housing is somewhat fiddly, even when using a ratchet spanner, and the 'giraffe' adjustment mechanism could also be improved. But these are minor issues, otherwise very satisfied.

Good tool ideal for what I needed. And strong.

Prompt delivery.

Bought both border spade and fork. Both feel good to use and so far seem sturdy. Downside is they are heavier that other, less robust, equiment I have used in the past: that is trade off I was happy to make having broken two border forks in past 18 months.

A great product and efficient delivery of it.
There were a few challenges, for a private individual, due to the chipper's robust weight and the instructions how to put it together could have been made clearer. But, overall, I am delighted with it.
